My family and I love this place! It’s an absolute gem. The location is perfect for walking to all the restaurants on The Strand as well as easy access to Mount Maunganui. The kitchen, bedrooms and bedding, and bathrooms are fresh, modern, and upscale like a luxury hotel. The parking garage is fantastic and super convenient to the unit. And, Annie is a fantastic, super-responsive and accommodating host. This is our new go-to place in Tauranga / Bay of Plenty.

We were really impressed with the quality of our apartment. It was well equipped with every thing we needed and more. The entire unit was cleaned to a really high standard. The facilities in the resort were an added bonus. The heated outdoor pool and spa were lovely. The location is great, close to both the Mount and Tauranga and to the plenty of activities around the Bay of Plenty. We will definitely stay here again.

Our apartment was so spacious and comfortable, inside and out, with every convenience. We were in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just a short walk to the beach, and close to all our Bay of Plenty explorations. Sandra and Doug made us so comfortable and were able to keep us two extra days during the cyclone and help us figure out what we should do and even supplied extra jigsaw puzzles for entertainment.

Very nice hotel at honest price. We were very happy. Large room. Strong air con. Good wifi. Everything clean and good repair. Great breakfast buffet with cappuccino machines. Excellent location on the lake. Guest laundry is all free washer, dryer, and soap. Great opportunity to catch up with dirty clothes. Rotorua is an amazing area with lots to see. We had 5 nights here and could have spent a week or more without running out of activities.

The room was very spacious with the Race Course view. Ample parking space for Guests, free of cost. Easy Check-in and Check-out procedure and billed as per the rates at the time of booking.

The historic charme, the beautiful house, the location near Kings Garden and center, the very friendly two ladies at the reception and also in the restaurant.

The rooms were great. The pools were fantastic. Quiet relaxed atmosphere.

Really lovely, welcoming receptionist who advised us of lots of activities to do around Rotorua. Our request for a quiet room was fulfilled by Suite 01. Huge jacuzzi spa was unexpected bonus! Very near to all attractions. Easy parking. Nice little kitchenette with everything you needed. Bed very comfortable.

It’s a very comfortable apartment. Clean and they have a CD player in the apartment!!

Great facilities around the resort and activities for kids; free mini-golf, pool, tennis and table tennis. 5 mins drive to downtown, Redwoods, supermarket - a great base to explore Rotorua. Great space in the luxury one-bed apartment for a family of 4 (two young children). Very attentive staff.

The hospitality from Judith and her partner was amazing. Judith stopped and chatted. She loved my legs, as she tried to convince me to do a marathon. 5kg maybe Judith but won't be able to keep up to your 51k that you will be doing. I'll definately see you again

We stayed at the tent and were surprised it felt like an African safari. Good beds and well stocked. Loved it!!

The lodge is clean, quiet, and roomy. The location is perfect for our visits to Hobbiton and Mt. Maunganui. Brendon and his family are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the area.
