Our stay at the hotel was fantastic from start to finish. We received a lovely welcome dessert on arrival as it was our honeymoon; the room was fantastic in terms of facilities and overall quality/comfort; the nearby gym and complimentary on-site laundry were a great convenience; and the food in the restaurant was also great. Most importantly, the reception manager Abhishek saved our day by helping to defrost our car so we could get to the train station on time, and was good-humoured even while we were very stressed. A top-class hotel all round!

Jen made us two reservations at wonderful restaurants the Strawberry Tree and Zephyr. I am sure without her wizardry we would not have got into these great places. The next day Jen made us a Jen gin and tonic. She could be an honorary Canadian as it was exactly as we make them at home. Koura Bay Golf resort is an outstanding home away from home. The rooms luxurious spotless well appointed and so quiet. We would highly recommend Koura Bay for all travelers and particularly if you are looking for a golf resort.
